Prior to founding the firm, Brian P. Buchert worked at one of the largest law firms in Polk County, Florida. There, he gained valuable experience representing clients in a wide range of business, real estate, property and land development matters.

Brian P. Buchert earned his Juris Doctorate at the University of Florida, Fredric G. Levin College of Law, graduating cum laude. He also performed his undergraduate studies at the University of Florida where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology with a Minor in Mass Communications, graduating cum laude.

Brian P. Buchert is an active member of the Florida Bar and American Bar Association.
